Here's my direct feeling and conclusion about this ordeal: GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. $246.00 they have of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24. The tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I want my money back, GlassesUSA. After being stuck in an endless loop with automated messages and seeing my money gone with no product in sight, I felt I had no choice but to try and reach a live person to get this resolved.

Customer: I need to talk to someone about order #105081183. I placed it in February, never received it, and your automated system is useless. I want my $246 back.

CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about the trouble with your order. Let me look that up for you. I see the tracking information hasn't been updated in quite some time.

Customer: "Some time?" It's been over a month! This is completely unacceptable. I've used other sites before and never had an issue. I just want a refund. This is my hard-earned money.
