This infuriating lack of communication is what forced me to contact them directly.
Customer: My order is over a week late and I've had zero updates. The original estimate was 6 business days. Can you please tell me what is going on?
CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the delay with your order. I can certainly look into that for you. May I have your order number, please?
Customer: It's 58291. This is the third time I've contacted you about this. Each time I'm told "someone will get back to me in 1-2 days" and then I hear absolutely nothing. I need a real answer now.
