A Health Hazard and a Customer Service Nightmare 🤢: My GlassesUSA Disaster


I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering GlassesUSA. My experience has been a complete disaster, and I feel obligated to share it. They sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t in touch with anyone. I recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars. After days of trying, I decided to attempt one last chat to see if I could finally get through to a human being.

Customer: This is my fourth attempt to contact you. You sent me safety glasses with the wrong prescription. They're making me dizzy and nauseous. I need this fixed now. CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about the issue with your glasses. Can you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you? Customer: I’ve already given it in three other chats that went nowhere! It’s 1234567. These glasses are a health hazard. How does a mistake like this even happen? CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for our error and the trouble you've had reaching us. I see the order now. We can remake the glasses with the correct prescription and expedite the shipping at no cost. Customer: And how long will that take? I need these for my job. I paid for a product that is literally making me sick. This is unacceptable. CS Rep: I have already processed the remake order with priority status. I have also issued a partial refund to your account for the significant inconvenience this has caused. You will receive an email confirmation shortly.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
