If you're considering buying glasses online, please read my experience as a cautionary tale. My recent online shopping for bifocals was an absolute nightmare, and I felt compelled to share it. The frames themselves were fine, but the core issue is that I ordered bifocals and the reading part is placed so high that I simply cannot see when I wear them. I've bought many bifocals online before, even from Zenni, and never had this problem. I am utterly disappointed; these glasses are completely unusable. This frustrating situation forced me to contact customer service, hoping for a resolution.

I'm very sorry to hear that your new bifocals aren't working for you. Can you please confirm your order number so I can look into this for you? Customer: It's #123456789. I've bought bifocals online before, and this has never happened. I can't wear these at all. CS Rep: Thank you. I see the details. This is definitely not the experience we want you to have. We can process a remake for you with corrected measurements, or offer a full refund if you prefer. Which option would you like to pursue? Customer: A remake? I'm not sure I trust it to be right this time. I'm just so disappointed and can't believe I spent money on glasses I can't use. CS Rep: I completely understand your hesitation. If you choose a remake, we can have a specialist review your original prescription and measurements to ensure accuracy this time. We can also provide a prepaid return label for the current pair.
