Let me tell you about a terrible online shopping experience I just had, hoping it serves as a warning. I desperately needed new glasses, so I ordered them online. But the shipping took what seemed like forever, leaving me in a bind. When they finally arrived, I was shocked by the poor quality. To make matters worse, one wasn’t even the pair I had ordered! And after less than a month, one pair is already broken, and the arm is falling off on the second. I felt compelled to reach out to their customer service, frustrated and needing answers, and share this review to highlight the abysmal quality and service.
Customer: I finally received my glasses after a ridiculously long wait, and I'm extremely disappointed. The quality is terrible, and one pair isn't even what I ordered! CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear that. That certainly isn't the experience we want for our customers. Can you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you? Customer: It's [Order Number]. Not only was it late, but one pair is already broken after less than a month, and the arm is falling off on the other. This is unacceptable. CS Rep: Thank you. I see your order here. I sincerely apologize for the shipping delay, the incorrect item, and the quality issues you've experienced. We can arrange for replacements for both pairs or a full refund. Which would you prefer? Customer: I need glasses, but I don't want to wait forever again for another poor-quality pair. How can you ensure this won't happen again? CS Rep: I understand your concern. We can expedite the shipping for replacements, and I'll personally ensure the correct items are sent out after a quality check.
